George in, Snowden out. Yay.
Cardone extended another three years. Boo.
Koch laying down the law re member elected positions. Double boo.
Stinkley doesn’t even grace the agm with his presence. What a campaigner.

Has anyone asked any good questions to board, yet?

It’s ironic, the club doesn’t offer board seats to former players, forces them via member elect, then says members a full member controlled board would only vote former players!

No footy members nominating don’t have a chance against former players

I don't think the numbers have been buried at all. It wouldn't be usual practice to release them. I believe Warren actually requested they be released prior to him winning.

Pretty certain it was actually Greg Boulton who spoke to one of the head honchos at the club (my best guess is Richo or Koch) and said the publicity of the vote demanded that there be transparency of vote numbers.

I believe both candidates supported that notion.

Thanks for clarifying. This highlights that it's not standard procedure to release the numbers so I wouldn't read anything into it.

Strange concept for a football club of not allowing capable representatives to run for board positions that have a football background.

But here we are, a board full of business people focused on building wealth and not football success.

Makes you wonder if our former CEOs and presidents would get a gig under Kochie's rule?

Yeah I reckon in the 20 odd years I've been voting, the only time they published the numbers was last year.

FishingRick04 told me what he got and what the winner Trevor Thiele got when he ran 6 or 7 years ago, but it wasn't made public.
