I think its time for Rocket to "bite the bullet" on our forward line set up

Whilst our small forwards & goal kicking midfielders are a good plan B & C, they are not ever going to succeed in the finals or in "big" games.

IMO Minson & Walsh now need game time in the forward line to find out whether either or both of these players will become the power forwards that our team so badly needs.

While Streety is playing alright it's a good time to see if Will can play as a power forward, he looked alright on the lead and looks a pretty good set shot for goal, but needs to be able to take a contested mark.

I would also throw Skipper into the mix to see if he can develop

I totally agree with you guys. Bandy and Street seem to be lost causes; they are old players with poor skills who do not warrant the game time they get each week. Walsh and Minson are both 20 years of age and are our best shots at key forwards. They have the size and in my opinion have the skill, all they need is an extended period of time in the forward lines.

With the match on the weekend, Minson lead out from the goalsquare marked the ball, went back and kicked a beautiful goal. He was then dragged by Rocket into the ruck. Now, I know the kid can ruck, but FFS you've got to let him find his rythm.

To Rocket, I dare you to leave him in the forward lines for a whole game!!!

Street has only just turned 25, not even in his prime as a ruckman for another couple of years.

I don't think we'd ever notice Street in his prime. truth is, he's not up to it. He's too slow and can't keep up with any of the other ruckmen. He's good at the centre bounces, but that's about it.

Minson, Walsh and Skipper should be all played in the forward line.

look street isn't up to it, he gets tap outs but he must do more around the ground,he doesnt touch the footy! As for bandy dont be fooled by one game he's time is well and truly up .

Skipper and Wight are duds and should never play again. If you want to blood players Walsh and the 'greatwhitehope' should be playing before these 2. Tiller next year 2 should be up there hopefully. With Williams too.

Are my name has caught on if you talk about jesse wells you have to call him the "great white hope".

And dont forget Jesse Wells >>> U

Walsh is not doing enough at Werribee. Skipper is at least rucking and kicking a goal or two. He is next in line. Minson needs to keep playing and get more experience so Eade has options when Darcy returns.

The most important two months of Walsh's career are now here.
Hate to say it but he might not make it.

Agreed, Walsh is struggling to get a kick at Werribee. Don't expect too much from Wells or Tiller either, both still languishing in ressies. They both have a hell of a long way to go.
