Yes.Have "Private Militias" or companies that control them, ever been charged or convicted for war crimes anywhere around the world?
No.Or are Corporate entities exempt from the various International War Crimes laws?

Yes people working within these companies can be charged with war crimes and it has happened. The ICC itself cannot charge companies with war crimes though, but there are other avenues for corporate liability for war crimes than the ICC. It does make it more difficult to pursue corporations though, but the individuals responsible for the war crimes can just as easily be charged by the ICC as anyone else.
Also, it's my understanding that the ICJ can prosecute countries who have effective control over the PMCs for war crimes. A country cannot just hire military contractors and have them carry out war crimes as a way of bypassing international law. Although this hasn't happened yet as far as I am aware, but Russia could legally, and hopefully will be, held responsible for the actions of Wagner.
