How many were Hamas using for military purposes is the better question. If it's being used by Hamas to harm the enemy, that is a war crime as it loses the hospital's protected status and allows it to be raided under certain conditions.
According to Israel, Hamas have used 80% of the buildings, tents and moving cars in Gaza.

It's impressive the know all this, but couldn't see any of them charging the wall, fences on Oct 07

Money must be getting really tight in there, how about a weapons buy-back scheme?

Armed looters are stealing all the food to resell for profit.

And Hamas losing control. Responsibility of aid delivery once inside Gaza is with aid agencies and local authorities. It seems Hamas aren't able to deter looting. They should just surrender at this point and save lives. Hamas' killed 20 looters but were apparently unable to stop the trucks being looted.

That’s weird. Israel keeps telling us that UN is Hamas.

Some additional info from the NYT; convoy was instructed to leave early and sent via an unfamiliar route.

The convoy had been scheduled to enter Gaza on Sunday, but the Israeli military instructed it to leave a day earlier “at short notice via an alternate, unfamiliar route,” he U.N. agency said.

Ms. Wateridge told The New York Times that her agency was instructed a day before the scheduled transport that the convoy had to leave within 30 minutes — creating a huge logistical risk for drivers, who had little mobile data access to plan for the new routes safely.

lol you're cooked mate.

How many times have I said Hamas aren't the good guys?

The article you linked is from October 2023.

Both FA articles are from 2024, when more information - and time to analyse it - has been available.

The FA conclusion is that; it wasn't an airstrike, it also wasn't a misfired rocket from the video (and there was an absolute deluge of IDF propaganda about that) therefore inconclusive. If you read the article

Meanwhile, what about the 30 odd other hospitals Israel has definitely attacked directly? Or the one's that have been laid siege to? Or invaded and occupied? The UN calls them war crimes and crimes against humanity.

It's actually bloody hilarious at this point. Israel has committed such a scale of atrocities and you're still sitting there going 'yeah but Hamas aren't the good guys!' as though anyone is even arguing that?

Catch up dude, this isn't October 2023, get some new material.

I know you won't even, for a moment, consider anything except the version of events you're sold on, but here's a quote from the FA article and a doctor on site. I'm sure he's anti-Israeli Government too of course, so you can dismiss whatever he says.

As to why Israel might not have simply admitted they did this? They had a theory for that too.

In this post we have:

IDF whataboutisms - :whitecheck:

Cognitive dissonance in the face of overwhelming evidence PIJ / Hamas are guilty :whitecheck:

Absolutely zero condemnation of PIJ / Hamas murdering Palestinian civilians on a large scale in Gaza :whitecheck:

Ignoring multiple credible sources all of which found PIJ / Hamas are responsible and many which initially reported Israel was responsible, retracted and concluded PIJ / Hamas was responsible :whitecheck:

Citing an employee of ministry of health in Gaza (who operate under Hamas ) as evidence. Desperately sticking to a FA report even though a quick check of this source shows it to have a heavily anti-Israeli government and can't even quote a source for its findings :whitecheck:

It's hilarious that everything I predicted you would post - you posted like clockwork.

There's no being sold on anything here either. The facts prove beyond reasonable doubt PIJ / Hamas murdered Palestinian civilians on a large scale taking shelter in the Ah Ahli hospital courtyard. This is why pretty much all foreign intelligence organisatios and all respected international media organisations have come to this conclusion too.

Hamas knows it too, after initially attempting to use the massacre for propaganda purposes claiming nearly 500 civilians were murdered they've walked way from it and have generally tried to bury any narrative about it. There is of course no Israeli munitions recovered from the site of the explosion.

You do you though and continue to not hold Hamas/PIJ accountable for a large scale massacre of Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
