Current WAR CRIMES Israel - * ICC issues warrants for Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu & Yoav Gallant & for Hamas's Mohammed Deif

The ICC has also issued a warrant for Hamas leader Mohammed Deif, who Israel says they have killed.

According to the ICC, the chamber “found reasonable grounds to believe” that Deif was “responsible for the crimes against humanity of murder; extermination; torture; and rape and other form of sexual violence; as well as the war crimes of murder, cruel treatment, torture; taking hostages; outrages upon personal dignity; and rape and other form of sexual violence”.

It also said there were reasonable grounds to believe the crimes against humanity were “part of a widespread and systematic attack directed by Hamas and other armed groups against the civilian population of Israel”.

For Netanyahu and Gallant, who was replaced as defence minister earlier this month, the chamber “found reasonable grounds to believe” that they “each bear criminal responsibility for the following crimes as co-perpetrators for committing the acts jointly with others: the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare; and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts”.

It also found reasonable grounds to believe that “each bear criminal responsibility as civilian superiors for the war crime of intentionally directing an attack against the civilian population”.

"As well as infrastructure and military positions". It's almost like it's a widely known fact with tonnes of evidence and video footage that Hezbollah builds tunnels under civilian homes and infrastructure and uses civilian homes to store weapons.

And with that we can now excuse anything the IDF might decide to do in Lebanon.

Pathetic.

Here's the full clip of right wing extremist neo Nazis in Melbourne, on the steps of the Victorian Parliament. Some of their houses have been raided in the last couple of days.

They're actually proving what weak campaigners they are. "The Jews must go!"

"Why does 0.4% of the Australian population, the Jews, get to dictate to the Victorian government what our freedoms should and should not be? I'll tell you why, because of the money and power that the Jews have over our political system."

No, we just can't really assume that they blew up a civilian home for absolutely no reason. We know Hezbollah uses such homes for military purposes. Was that home in the video used for those purposes? I don't know. I can't assume either way, but if it was then Israel is still complying with the ceasefire deal with Lebanon by dismantling it.

Would you agree that if Hezbollah uses a civilian homes for military purposes, if that home subsequently gets demolished then the blame is on Hezbollah? Or even in that circumstance would you still blame Israel?

Looks like there might be some assuming happening.

Don't know how these neo nazi groups have been able to get away with so much for so long. That idiot Sewell for example.

Your brain is fried today, faible. Anyone who understands what an assumption is can read that none of the quoted lines were assumptions, the only one that could possibly qualify is my statement that it is known Hezbollah uses civilian homes for military purposes, which is not really an assumption, it's based on evidence that is freely available.

You know there's a difference between dismantling and demolishing, yeah?

A number of items were seized during the search.

Investigators arrested a 29-year-old Wantirna South man after he presented at a police station about 7.40pm on 23 December.

The man was interviewed in relation to grossly offensive public conduct, Racial and Religious Tolerance Act offences and offensive behaviour.

The man was released whilst a brief of evidence is prepared and the proposed charges are submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions for approval, as required under the Racial and Religious Tolerances Act legislation.

This investigation remains ongoing while police work to identify others involved in the protest.

I didn’t say they were assumptions. I said it looks like there might be some assuming happening.

We know what you think irrespective of your weasel words.

I wonder when this sort of thing will trickle down to Australian media?

Holy shit. Can this be verified by reliable sources? If so, truly sickening. As evil as any war crimes ever committed.

It's being rated by community notes as an excerpt from an article that describes an event that took place thirty plus years ago.

The incident was investigated.

Important context: These quotes are from research conducted between 1987-1993. https://archive.md/HniLO#selection-1329.124-1329.160:~:text=during%20the%20first%20intifada%20(1987%2D93).

It's interesting. On one hand, community notes trying to say it's not relevant because 30 years ago. On the other hand, they are providing context that everything didn't start on October 7.

Considering this reportedly happened during the first intifada, if it hasn't by now, it probably wont. Do you ever read the article or do you just live in excerpts you see on social media? According to the article it comes from, there were convictions that resulted from that incident.

Not many convictions have occurred in the current genocide though.
