Yep Melbourne definiately do it better....

We overlooked two marquee players: Pavlich in 1999 an Franklin in 2004.
It took us 5 years and hiring Terry Wallace to accomplish that.

But in the topsy turvy world of the Dees where losing is winning, they managed the same feat in 2 consecutive drafts, when they overlooked Nic Nat and Dusty. :thumbs:

At this stage Jackie Watts has been a disappointment, not number 1 pick worthy. But she may come good.
