Richmond would be the leaders because their bid of 2 + 18 + 19 is the best offer on the table at the moment and hus trumped Carlton's bid of 3+ Kennedy or 3 + Kennedy + 20.

ahh no. when it was just carlton west coast had to deal with, Richmond were their escape if Carlton ripped them off. could always threaten with the PSD. fact is though, it's easier for the Eagles to trade with a club Judd wants to go to, eg avoiding the troubles of a Veale deal which AndyD has warned against. Judd chose bombers, blues, pies and dees all ahead of richmond. it's easier for the eagles to trade with them b/c judd prefers them over the tigers. i dont believe this rumour, but if it was true all 4 were back in the game, it would be worse for richmond. they'd fall to 5th favourite instead of being the Eagles only other alternative to Carlton

How long can it take to do #14 for Wood? Thats the offer, its fair, take it or leave it. There's a number of young rucks in this years draft so if not then use 14 for the best available ruck, same diff <=>?

Pies can also keep their options open as long as possible just in case Judd slips thru. I don't see how thats a bad thing or hurts us.
