while i think our coaches arn't that imaginative or overly tactical,the sad reality is that some people on bigfooty tend to seriously overrate our playing stocks.
if you dont have the cattle, there isn't much the coaches can do!

This is all good and well, but it's not a euro association football scenario where a technical director picks the players and the coach just has to deal with it. Part of the reason so much ire is directed at Woosh and co is that they've been there long enough to shape this squad.

And this is what they've shaped. A giant dog **** of a squad that is only really competing for a spoon. For the forseeable future.

Add to that Worsfolds penchant for playing his pet players no matter their form - hint* Masten, Ebert, Rosa and Selwood to name just a few.

I was sure this year we would turn the corner but something is stinking and alot of the stench is coming from the coaching box.

Our squad isn't too bad actually. Our forward line is short a crumbier but it's better than most other teams in the comp. The back line is ok too. We also have the best ruck combo in the afl.

Our midfield is what's crap right now. I am not so sure that the players we have will be good enough to win us a flag. Our only hope is to see who's available come free agency and buy someone good.

Accepting Average. I don't understand the persistance of our match committee with average footballers.

When it comes down to the end of season review do they just sit down and accept par. We don't turn over enough players and our development has become very questionable. You persist with quality and thats how you build a squad.

We should forget about this bulls#$t transition period and get our leaders of tommorow in the middle today.

I don't know whats happened but we are so far off the pace.
