I know they didn't play for BH yesterday, but are either of them any chance of playing this week?

Help!

My Cousin and I bought plane tickets and prepaid hotel room so we can go and watch the mighty hawks play Port Adelaide next week at Adelaide Oval and all the GA tickets have sold out!

We have called the club to see if they can help and unfortunately they cant.

Can anyone help 2 desperate Hawk supporters.

Thanks

Luke

Depending on how desperate you are you could buy 3 game passes from Port. I think they are around $120. Not ideal but it's a solution to your problem.

I expect us to put up a good show but I think Port will run over us and win by 5 goals (I prey I am wrong).

However the major win for the club will be if we get through the game with no more ****ing injuries.

One way to still get tickets is to buy a three game Port Membership. Cost is about $100 See the Port Home Page for details or call the PAFC.

Also there may be a final ticket release at 12noon (SA time) on Wednesday 21 May subject to availability

It will be a memorable victory if we pull it off. Such an important game and we have half the team out :(. Geelong play Sydney next week so even if we lose this week and then beat GWS, I think we should be able to stay in the top 4 until the Collingwood game and maybe have some players back by then.

Not expecting a win and won't crack the sad's if the team does lose as it's a tough ask with so many out and with Port being "in form".
However should Hawthorn win it's going to be epic.

This will be a true test of our character. If we can manage a win with all of our outs, then, seriously, watch out!!! With some real good game time into our fringe players and our outs on the mend and coming back into the side in the next couple of weeks (Ex Gib and Mitch) then we set it up for a real onslaught!.

The only way I can think of is a 3 game Port membership for $100

this game needs to be treated like a final... got to win

This right..I remember Port had a similar game in 2004 against fellow top 4 side, Geelong, when we had 8 of our best players out. We just willed ourselves over the line that day which is what the Hawks need to do so they don't fall two games behind Port at the half way point.

This. Its pretty pathetic really...
But unsurprising. Since 1991 I've watched some awful games at Football Park. It's as if we boarded the plane at Tullamarine & left our playing ability on the tarmac.

I don't think that's the case now. Clarko has drilled the team in the "any time, any where" philosophy. While Adelaide Oval does give Port an advantage, it is not the slippery swamp that Football Park was. While we have some significant outs, that doesn't mean we are a lost cause. We are reigning premiers for more than just one reason.

Incidentally, thev renovated the oval. Have they renovated the folk ? You hear some strange stories of unfriendliness
As an Adelaide resident, I've found the Port fans, over time, to be much friendlier than their crows counterparts.

I wouldn't take my kids to a crows game. I would to a Port game.
