At full pace, it looks like he pulls upwards on Greene, grabs his head, his hand slips towards the eye and he immediately pulls it off, then goes back to trying to get Greene off his team-mate.

In super-slow-motion, you can freeze frame on the split second his hand is near Greene's eye, blow that up, zoom in, and convince yourself this is worthy of a suspension.

Given his equivalent number for our finals opponent is playing after a week ago lining up a guy and breaking his jaw in a bump, it would completely inconsistent and arbitrary for Weitering to get suspended.

Inconsistent and Arbitrary being the modus operandi of the tribunal, I therefore imagine Weitering will get 4 weeks, which Carlton will have to appeal and for the 97th time this season it will be thrown out.

Correct. It was an eye rake which usually gets a week. Glad thats sorted.

Zero mention of the incident in the match report so dont worry. The AFL is going to do their best to ignore it.
