don't have a fitbit, but do have some sort of app on my Samsung phone that tracks stuff.

also, might be fun to do start weight, goal weight etc

so, heres me

start weight - 140kg
height - 182cm

goal weight - 90kg

current weight - 129kg

routine
at the moment, I walk, usually at dusk. there's a park and wetlands at the end of my street. I walk along the path there until I hit the main road, then turn around and come home. I try and run the last section from the top of my street to my driveway, I've nearly got to the end. I need to focus more on the stuff I eat. not really a fan of veggies and love meat too much

why did I start??
I went on my long delayed honeymoon in September to the Gold Coast. Did a theme park holiday with my wife. 2 rides at dreamworld I couldn't ride because I was too fat. was easily one of the most embarrassing moments of my life
my Samsung phone just started giving me random updates last week with that App, which is what prompted me to start running (oh and not fitting into my clothes)

I'm still going. On the bike at least 3 times a week plus karate training...(plus chasing around a 9 year old and 3 year old!)
Have now lost 11kg in total. 6kg from my ultimate goal weight. Feeling great! The challenge will be to fit in my workouts on Saturdays and sundays now that my son's footy season has started. School and club footy wipes out both Saturday and sunday mornings! Not to mention going to the Crows games as well.

now down 19kg! :thumbsu:

got myself a place too which i'll be moving into in a couple of weeks, incredibly close to Melbourne Zoo. looking forward to starting this new chapter of my life while continuing to transform who I am.

I've gone backwards the last week or so. Just struggling with some stuff and got into old habits. More or less just lacking the discipline to control what I eat. I should come good, but I've got to get in a better frame of mind

I too thought I was in trouble. Had a big day Sunday and figured I'd blown the week , jumped on the scales and I am 108.8. Down from 112 so happy with that in 5 weeks.

9 to go and then re-assess

So don't feel bad because what I actually found was I was got rid of more ;) than when I starve

Don't stress about it. Have a long term view!

Keep going guys!!

I've walked 20.4km so since Sunday. Tonight it took 4km to start sweating and successfully ran the last 600m

Ok just wondering what you guys are calling "running".

I can "run" in the way I see it, that is jogging and the like, for a fair way. But there is now way I could match Smooth's 4km walk without sweating :/

I have been slack up until a couple of weeks ago. I have sorted myself out and getting back on track slowly. Eating well and exercise has begun again in earnest.

Weighed in at 89.4kg yesterday which is the first time I can remember being under 90kg. In general I have been pretty lazy over the last three weeks and have had a fair bit of coke, so getting under 90kg is a bit of a confidence boost to get me back into the gym and eating better.

You're reading the glorious typing of the new prototype wingmen @-@. Pretty sure somebody stuffed up the magnets, and I needed time on the pine, where as I haven't playing out of defence.

1 way running was a stretch let alone this fandangled two way running we want from our mids

My partner is going away for four weeks in Europe on June 10th - nice and quiet for accounting season.

Also, means i can eat and drink and go to the gym at all hours.

Exercise bike will be set up in the lounge facing the TV. Wanna watch TV? Get cycling.

I bought "Men's Fitness" or something similar a couple of weeks ago, which promised me (1) Abs in 19 days and (2) add 5 inches to my arms in three weeks, or something very similar. I'm not sure where the magazine is, but it was around the house on the weekend, so I'll find it.

I plan to do both. In fact, i have to work tonight, but tomorrow's indoor cricket has been cancelled, so I will spend tomorrow night at the gym as a precursor. Get the body ready for the onslaught.

233 days without Coca-cola.
