Did well with rubbish delivery and opportunity. Looks the most ‘natural forward’ of our developing talls. Should play out the season in the seniors

Will find it even tougher against Melbourne next week.

So true. Steven May has been marking most everything coming his way in the last few weeks.
He had 9 on the weekend against Dixon, and combined with Lever and Petty for 22 marks.
Will be a massive test of Jeka's defensive game (and Kosi).
Just hoping we can kick it to their advantage at least a few times across the game (Port struggled with this the whole game due to pressure up the ground).

I'd like to see our forward line with Kosi at FF, Callow at CHF and Jeka on HFF. Kosi and Jeka have a bit of mongrel about them and are really good contested marks. Jeka can fill the leading type player position and goes quite well moving up the ground. I'm not sure if Lewis will make it. He's a big solid boy but he just doesn't seem to have the angry/aggressive side in his make up and Jeka seems to be a lot more mobile. Whatever happens I believe our forward line is going to be a good one, we need one more KP backman and a whole lot of quality midfielders. Has Lewis ever been tried at fullback, worked for Langford!

Did I just see a hawthorn player lead up at the ball carrier. Wait what that's not allowed must be because Sam Mitchell. Changes are working already ;)
He didn't even bring it to ground.... ;)

I like it but callow might be the angriest of the lot!

I like it. Gives him the opportunity to find his feet and lock in a much better contract post-2022.
Exactly, it should come as no surprise, safe for us, and shows he and his manager are willing to back a performance increase to demand a bigger contract next.

Understand this view but they are putting a lot of confidence in his body (which has shown no signs of failure).
A couple of injuries and it could turn sour.

Risk, reward I guess.
