hilly82 prior to Matt choosing the Hawks did Sam Mitchell being the coach have any pull in his decision? I know Sam still has a great relationship with cousin Brad and even with the ongoing court drama with Cyril as well.

I thought Cyril didn’t have contact with any of his former teammates?

Hopefully he still gets in touch with Sam

When we picked up Matt and then saw some of the rugby league footage with the way he moves …… he is the first one l want to see over summer

Love that he was playing centre most of this year. Would be great if he can make it as an outside midfielder if he has the tank for it - he certainly wouldn’t have the tag of only running one way with his background.
