I'm not sure how to feel about this one. I tend to regard Collingwood players as "tainted" but I suppose they're human beings like the rest of us.
As others have said he's certainly going to have his work cut out with Taylor. Best of luck to the big Monkey.

I think you will find that Pitto was held in high regard as a ruck coach at Port when they won their Flag. Only reason he resigned was due to his Stock Brokering business. I think he would be a good pick-up but I think you might find it is Rehn who might get the job

Absolute top get imo, the guy is still dominating the mountain district league and his knowledge from what ive been hearing is as good as it gets. Could be the difference in turning renouf and taylor into consistent solid ruckmen.

Stop referring to Renouf as needing consistency. The guys played no more than 20 games. Renouf has showed some good things. Taylor needs to have the whip cracked on him.

When the club announces it, it's confirmed. Until then it is still a rumour, like it has been for a month.
Do we have any idea what the club is doing with our Ruck Dept. I have not heard anything as yet. Are we keeping our current ruck coach or shopping around for a new coach. Will we appoint a part time ruck coach or a full timer.
We have plenty of dough in the kitty to appoint a full timer, lets be honest we are going to need all the help we can get in this Dept.
We don't need a rocket Scientist, clearly we need someone with common sense approach to Ruckwork, keeping it simple for Ms Taylor and Ms Renouf.

He is an angry man. The most important part of being a coach is scaring the players a bit. I would rather spill some claret on the field than come off bested and face that mountain of flesh.
I am tipping he can turn Taylor around and help make it a big year for the hawks.
