It’s ok. He will back in the senior guys, ring and ask to catch up with them and things will just keep rolling. Just not fit to be an AFL coach.

I hate that clubs don’t sack these sort of coaches instead of letting them set the club back years with mediocrity, no culture, no standards

No, YOU can't see anything in his coaching.
For those trashing Yze, you need a rebuild coach. The last thing we need right now is instability. Even if he were trash, he hasn't had a good run at it with a full list and now his star players want to F off. His first two years he can do what he wants for me and he will be judged in his 3rd year. Worst case he harvests the list.
