Shins, yeah fair enough. First game we've had no bench which may or may not have contributed to that. To Dan and Daniel, sorry, but I *do* think the loss was good. It removes the pressure of worrying about "the streak" or about losing their only game of the year in the finals. And to those who believe Sheedy was outcoached, perhaps he didn't want to show his hand before the finals. It certainly wasn't "regulation" to start Barnes on the bench or Fletcher in attack. I think it's more likely that he wanted to experiment along the lines of what he'd been talking about in the press. Not to take anything away from the doggies, they were terrific.

Interesting to see that three top sides with nothing to play for lost to three lower sides playing for their finals spot (bullsdogs) or their playing careers (Port/Coll). Certainly adds some spice to next weeks final round with 10 teams in the running for 8 spots, and only the top 2 decided.
