It's rather disappointing seeing the fall of Gaff.
Never the same after 2018 to the point where his name has now become synonymous with momentum-killing, stagnant ball movement.
He was a huge part of getting the team to the 2018 premiership and will always be grateful for that. But gee it's getting hard to accept the excuses for his performances.
Hopefully he's just getting some run and concentrating on round 1 when he can get back to being a running machine pushing forward.

For an outsider midfielder he can bearly reach 2nd gear.

I'd say his the slowest winger in the AFL and possible slowest player in the AFL all together.
Trying to think if there's anyone slower then him and can't think of anyone. He moves like a 80 year old man.
If you power walk you probally match Gaffs top speed pace. If you look up Gaff in the dictionary it comes up as fully cooked.

I'm all for shitting on Gaff when he deserves it, but every time I hear "he hasn't been the same since he punched Brayshaw... 2018 etc etc" I feel it's my civic duty to point out that's not true.

Tell you what Hurn has messed up about 6 times this last quarter.

I think times up. We have quality youth in Hough on the back flank position. It's time to put pressure on these old stallions. They are just not up to it.
Bring in the youth for 2023.

This season Id rather we lose with our young players then lose with our seniors.

If Simmo doesn't get that then his credits will be up this season.
