There is just something fundamentally wrong with your club if your having to poach players to play reserves, after being the most dominant club for a number of years, you would think they would have plenty of players who want to be around a successful environment , are they giving away free memberships and apparel for players, this always helps, but can get the wrong type of player?

They may not have a very bright future once the money runs out and these current players leave or get to old.

Also hearing Joel Tippett May be heading to the lions aswell.

Tippett also out of AFL too long. 5 points for VFL, possibly 6 if he's considered as coming from Districts (nominated club last year).

He retired due to the risk of another head injury and its potential consequences. If he’s cleared to play, good on him and DP but unsure if it is that clear cut.
