it feels like the doggies have been searching for a quality forwardline even longer than the Blues. Boyd was supposed to be the answer and did seem a gun for awhile.

Does Bont have OP? Seems like an incompetent medical decision to keep playing one of your best players if hes injured.Bont has played injured since 2016, and will for the rest of his career.
JJ has no excuses.
Wallis has been ok coming back from that horrific leg break.
I think the one that goes under the radar is the captain. No where near his 2015 form, where he was the best intercept player in the league.
Kicking 2.14 is one of the reasons he's referring to.Kicking 2-14 might have something to do with it.
37 points in those conditions is a thrashingTrashing? We lost by 37 points.
Agreed. Gotta hand it to the south australians. They love their football.39,407 at the Adelaide Oval - that is a ******* massive crowd considering the conditions
Trashing? We lost by 37 points.
And the greatest ever free kick differential. There's your answer folks. Lower your expectations.
And how is there still such wilful ignorance surrounding our 2016 success?
We won 19 games, the equal most.
14th youngest team.
Our midfield had the best contested possession differential in AFL history.
5+ players missing each week. Possibly 12 of our best 25 or so at one point. That meant we had to play games not with depth players, because they were injured too, but our 30th-35th best.
And people still reduce this to "hurr durr 1 month, lucky, umpires".
So if you score 1, which would probably get you a game for Essendon these days, and I score 2.4, I’ve thrashed you? They kicked 240% of your score.

Explains how much of a joke the bulldogs are, allowing Essendon to score 83 times more than they usually do!

JJ has lost that confidence in himself after being targeted for 18 rounds straight
pretty dumb if true. if his longterm career is affected youd have to be pretty angry at the med staff.hip injury, waiting to see win/loss of next weeks go before booking early surgery the rumors say.
Get Ben Dixon.Kicking 2-14 might have something to do with it.
Whats that got to do with the price of eggs!? Follow the argument, which was about having the week off and how it favoured you as opposed to other teams. Laugh all you want tool. The fact is you've been shown up for the pathetic club you really are without AFL and umpire assistance hahaha
Pretty obvious they didn't. Beveridge did what good coaches do in 2016. He took full advantage of lee-way given to the ball carrier in interpreting incorrect disposal rules. It was open to any club to do it, but you would have had to get first hands on the ball to take advantage.is there proof that bulldogs got favouritism from AFL? surely sydney doing well is just as good fof business?
Lots of Bulldogs supporters refusing to leave 2016, and the resumption of normal programming though.
I and many of us accept its 18 months on but if people wish to deny us credits in the bank from 2016 while discussing this year then surely the fact we’ve had the youngest team in the comp every round this season is relevant?Pretty obvious they didn't. Cos I never do. If others do it's matter for you to deal with. How come you never mention opposition fans bringing up 2016 as the self appointed governor of what others can post about?
2016 was first bought up in this thread by a Crows fan then a Power fan. Bulldog supporters are allowed to respond to opposition fans turning any thread about the club into a 2016 was a fluke thread. Just like Giants fans are allowed to respond to every Giants thread that gets turned into a they were given to much whinge.

We were crap last night and are only beating average sides but we’re doing that with a much younger side than say Brisbane and Carlton. If they’d won four people would be talking up their reemergence. Can’t help but sense a lot of sour grapes from the likes of the OP.
Cos I never do. If others do it's matter for you to deal with.
Dont expect empathy from me after the personal abuse I've taken, in person and online from your supporters. That'll never happen. I'm never in favour of bullshit, and that's why I said what I said.
