Mate gotta go with the Crown, c'mon.Strategically positioned Crownies haha!
Amen. I would kill for a PI in one of these.
I have the retail but if anyone has a PI let me know and please sell to me.
One day I'll share my massive (mostly NRL) collection of shirts here. The shield is the old GAA logo, you called it right about the Gaelic football and hurling. Could really be either, as far as I know the shirts are the same for hurling and football sides. So you've really got a Cork GAA shirt, rather than just a hurling shirt (two for the price of one haha). The new O'Neills jerseys (like the one I posted) are THE MOST comfortable jersey I have ever worn. If you end up with some disposable income, throw some money to our Irish brothers and get yourself a GAA kit, people.Sweet!
I ran across mine at a local flea market, which was totally odd. I think I paid $5 or $6 for it.
I thought I was buying a soccer top and ended up with a hurling top for my first European jersey, instead! (Can't find Euro club soccer jerseys here. I have only seen National team jerseys for sale at sporting goods stores, and I'm not paying over $100 for a German National Team jersey.)
I actually didn't know what the shield meant on mine. It has what looks like could be soccer balls but turns out those are Gaelic rules footballs, along with hurling sticks which I didn't even know anything about, so I thought I was getting a soccer club jersey when I picked it up. I hardly know anything about hurling, but these tops are cool!
Thanks for sharing, mate. Cheers!
Im always looking in Op shops and markets in the hope of getting an O'Neills shirt, but still no luckOne day I'll share my massive (mostly NRL) collection of shirts here. That Daniel Kerr jumper...Coming toward the end of the year I thought it would be time to put up some of the newest additions for 2014.
Darren Glass Round 5 Name Guernsey Vs Port Adelaide: Match Worn
Game 266 of his 270 Game Career. Belted Wingard and got a week for it in this Guernsey.

Jeremy McGoverns 2014 Indigenous Round Guernsey.
Only disappointed that it had been signed and the Permanent marker it was signed with has gone through to the front with it being a white Guernsey. Could have been at least a bit of board in the middle of it.
Jack Darlings 2014 MATCH WORN and signed Boots.
Purchased through the Club for the annual “Dig Deep Auctions”
They are completely hammered. He kept one shoelace. Photos Honestly don't do them justice.
Have been able to photo match them to a few game as there are a few distinctive marks on them that can be made out in photos.
Of the Belief he wore these for the last time in the Game against Essendon on the 16th of august and the following game against Melbourne he Used a Blue Pair of New Asics. (The blue ones he wore for the first Qtr. and a Half VS Collingwood, but he swapped into what I think are these boots and in the footage of the game it shows Jack Changing from blue boots into these.)

And My Newest Addition.
Daniel Kerr 2008 Match worn AND PHOTO MATCHED Dream Team Jumper Vs Victoria at The MCG.
Have done a fact finding mission on this in the last few days. All players Swapped Guernseys after the game. But if my memory serves me correctly, Kerr was injured early on in the match and sat it out. So at the end of the game when they all swapped Guernsey’s, one Vic Player didn’t. James Kelly and from what I’m lead to believe he may have received Kerr’s Spare and this is the only one Kerr Did wear and was obtained through third party directly from Daniel Himself.
Opportunity came up to buy this and thought it was too goo not to snap up.
It’s a decently hammered jumper for the match worn aspect of it. I purchased it whilst it was sitting there ready to frame, so in the back there are pin holes and in the sleeves there is a tonne of Sticky tape residue as it was already boarded up ready to be framed.
Being a Nike Jumper. It’s made of the super stretchy Elastic material Nike are Renowned for, for their modern Carlton Guernseys.
The number is Heat pressed on. However, it’s made of a felt like number and it’s very, very, very thin making it hard to tell in pictures.
The only thing that annoys me is the company I bought it from put a Tamper proof seal Sticker on it. Which already peeves me off to no end. Overall thought it was a good jumper that I couldn’t pass up on. Plus he was one of three eagles to play the game. The other being Dean Cox and Darren Glass.
The Picture posted also made it to the trading card set made for the game and you can see kerr in this very Guernsey on it!
Somewhat new.
Chad Fletchers 2007 State Heritage Jumper MATCH WORN vs Brisbane. July 7 2007 round 14
And also for those who have bought through Clubs with official memorabilia pieces, you’d know the quality of the Leather bound boxes they send. Well. I’ve sourced a few out and decided that I should chuck one in and see how it looks and this is how they turn out. Not bad at all. Cheaper than framing obviously and they aren’t stuck in there forever
The ultimate North collection! So jealous mate.Rest of the north collection
The ultimate North collection! So jealous mate.
Folks i put this note up on the marketplace section - just repeating here as it makes sense as anyone interested is probably on here, and its easily missed as that other forum section is very far away http://www.bigfooty.com/forum/threa...rnsey-afl-grand-final-winning-season.1082114/
Probably not but i paid a lot for it amd i've seen a lot less quality guernseys sell for a lot more. Sure look at the bidding on some of the ones up there right now! It's a nice jumper but don't think you'll get what your asking for it.
