In 07 it was a essendon away game so they would have wore there alternate jumper
In08 it was a essendon Home game , so
Im pretty confident in saying that yours is 08 and mine is 07
Ill post a pic up of mine tomorrow

New Addition. Carlton game worn 1972-74 by Peter Hall. As its a 31 the previous owner couldnt help but get barassi to sign it. Id like to think that it could have been in rotation when Barassi played his last game in 69 but I guess ill never know

I'd love to own one of these;

They are for junior football interleague. Prob wouldn't get sizes any bigger than medium or large! Football Geelong splits into Bellarine FL and Geelong FL once it reaches senior ranks. Bellarine where same as South Aust State jumpers and Geelong FL where navy and white same as Port Magpies.

Interesting. Mero's site would say that's a 1981-82 guernsey, but it doesn't crosscheck with the sponsors database which shows Valentine Greetings as being the sponsor from 1983-85. 1982 was simplay "Valentine" and 1981 didn't have a matchday jumper sponsor.

I'm going to guess at a 1982 jumper, which gives you Darryl Hewitt for #26.
If it were a 1983 jumper then the #26 would be Daryl Cunningham.

Maybe Mero can shed some light here.

It also appears to be a former long sleeved guernsey too

Its an officially licensed AFL product, and I remember getting it in the mid 90's.

My Suns away jumper is size M, probably a little big, but S was too small. I have a large Freo ISC clash, that is size L and fits perfectly if that helps? The ISC is definitely a much slimmer fit than Reebok

I'm a fat **** and I have broad shoulders so I need a bigger jumper. The canterbury one's I own (all sturt) are 2XL and are a pretty nice fit. My GC jumpers are 3xl and are a bit tight but a good length. I had a puma jumper (brissy Lions) that was 3XL and was far to small. Im interested to see how I should go with ISC.

Yeah, I had a Hawks one that I thought I looked cool in (I was wrong). I threw it out a few years ago, as I knew I'd never wear it again. Wish I'd sold it instead.
