It's important we have a good start to next season, particularly in the first half of the year. I've got pretty high expectations for us and think we can win between 14-15 games. We're not too far away from the top sides of this year I reckon. If it's a pretty even year again and the gap between the top teams and bottom teams gets narrower, I can see us making top 4 with 15 wins which is what happened this year.

Dumbest thing about this year was if we won 3 of the 5 games we dropped to bad sides (Freo Hawks North x2 Pies) we would have finished ****ing 4th.

Yeah those games were missed opportunities for us. Every moment counts. Have to improve our record against the sides we are favoured to win against. We're not too far away, consistency would be our main obstacle.

I don't know about what needs to happen, but I know what I would like to see happen. I would like to see Viney 100% and ready to rip someone's head off, because he was one bloke who I think stands up for us when we need it. That Eagles game last year was like something out of Greek mythology, half expected him to come off the ground with a sword in one hand and the head of medusa (Priddis?) in the other. We missed him the most out of our injured players last year I thought.

I'm far more confident of beating Geelong than North. We'll give them a lot of trouble on the MCG, especially if Gawn is fit and firing.
