Enjoyed every second of it. Don't normally enjoy watching a 1 sided demolition on the big stage but this was just so damn enjoyable.

Take the MCC out of it and there isn't a huge difference in seats. The state governments can pay to make up the shortfall. That's a fair enough complaint, but you'll need bigger stadiums if you want to host the big dance. Money talks in AFL land.
Be fair - as flipping usual hawthorn played their part (even if it was only a bit part this year) in ruining our septemberWC (with Rioli and Tim Kelly) should have played the Tigers in the GF this year. But WC stuffed that up.
Club?GWS are my least favourite club so I'm kinda enjoying this
But they would have played at the G anyway due to Richmond being the home team hahaThe predictability.
GWS are a much better side than this, but just like all recent GF’s barring West Coast falling over the line against Collingwood it’s another example of how hard it is to beat a Melbourne side at the ‘G on Grand Final day.
The AFL is at best a heavily compromised competition, at worst it’s orchestrated. Majority of fans and money are Melbourne based though, so this fact doesn’t get any traction.
Meanwhile interstate, many wonder why we bother with the whole thing.
Not really WCE havent had many issues winning at the G over the years, its harder of course but a lot of it is in the head. That’s the whole problem. To win the flag, a non-Vic side has to be much much better than their Victorian opponent.
I used to subscribe to “get better”, but it’s been 20 years of the same **** for me as a fan. I’m over it, and yes now I am bitter. It’s for a reason though.
Had to feel for Brett Delidio.
He played in some terrible Tiger teams in the mid-late 2000s & into the early 2010s, was in the failed Tiger finals campaigns in 2013, 2014 & 2015 before joining GWS after the 2016 season. In 2017 Richmond rise from 13th to premiers, knocking out GWS in the Preliminary Final in the process, and in 2019 Richmond thrash GWS in a one-sided Grand Final, in which the retiring Delidio could not play due to injury.
