Mav Weller's off contract and the Suns have reportedly declared their interest. A lot of fans don't rate him, for various reasons of their own, but if you got this kind of output from him each game he's be hard to dislodge from the Senior team.

Interesting to see that only 6 of his possessions were contested. Disposal efficiency 68% better than usual for him. How was he by the eye measure? I didn't catch the game.

Didn't see it, but he played on a wing and you'd imagine the extra possessions were mostly by getting into position in space. He went forward and kicked 1.1 from 3 shots, so there's 8% of ineffective disposals wiped off - his blocked shot at goal was converted into a goal 3 seconds later so it was an unofficial goal assist. He had 4 one percenters, so it isn't like he was coasting alone.

Watched Garlett closely yesterday. Didn't touch it until half way through the 2nd quarter, ended up with 5 disposals and 3 clangers. Apparently he did ok last week. Was he a 1st round pick at the time as a future midfielder or half forward?

Yes he is , i think carlton recruitment department are pretty bad , from memory he hardly play a good game for south freo in WAFL and to bad mouth GC show that he lack class as a person .
Was there as well and he was absolutely horrendous. Glad he 'left'
A mid forward Pick 15 in November 2014 draft, the same draft we took Peter Wright at 8 and Touk at 29.

After willuston in the barossa league let him go for beating some guy who didn't want a bar of it senseless on cctv a month before the season started. Hasn't been heard infront of the courts yet. Can't handle his drugs, I've heard this ain't the first time
What would be a better standard of football: The Barossa League or QAFL?
I'm not condoning the alleged violence or drug-taking, but Willaston is known as the Donnybrooks. It seems Glenn took their nickname a bit too literally.

Always gone for Essendon is this insipid match of two Campaigner teams but seeing Hird then giving that monologue and Saad standing there looking all smug then has made me decide to cheer for The Bloody Carringbush

What have Essendon done to Saad? He's a shadow of who he was with us. Looks nowhere near as fast.

Was thinking that myself.. tries to dash off like he used to with us and gets almost caught every time
We traded him for Essendon 2nd round pick in this years draft.
How’s that trade looking at the moment?
At the moment that would be a mid 20s pick.
