Always liked Hawthorn's probably just because of history but as long as they stick with the stripes, pee and poo works just fine.

Agree with a previous poster that blue goes really well with orange and I don't mind the Giants jumper but wonder if blue would have been a better contrast than the charcoal.

I think at this point Gold Coast needs to stick with red and yellow just to keep some continuity but otherwise start again and yeah they're the worst.

And the best colour to match with green is black, the AFL probably dont want another sash jumper but otherwise the new Tassie team should just buy the rights to this from Doveton FC. I'd actually use this for away with the reverse for home.

One doth protest too much. We weren't stronger than any side we beat in that entire period. We just knew how to turn up. Geelong got cocky (Thompson said so), Freo recruited Colin Sylvia as soon as they lost a GF which exposed their inability to kick a goal, WC were shit on the day and nothing like their earlier form, and Sydney were belted the f### into submission. The Hawks were TAB outsiders in all of those games, Freo late money, and in 2012 they lost the only one they were favourites in.

The Hawks played better sides and the coach beat them all. And 2015 utterly grates your soul, bud...don't deny it...!

I honestly don’t think eagles think about 2015 at all. At least not since 2018. We did beat Collingwood, which is a dream team to beat in GF. It wouldn’t be the same if it was hawks. The fact it was Collingwood, that’s orgasmic.

West Coast has never lost a GF at the MCG to a Victorian side except Hawthorn. Cats and Magpies fans scuff the ground with their shoes with their hands behind their backs and whistle absent mindedly any time anyone brings up that home state advantage bullshit, because between them they've won 1 from 6 v interstaters. On both days in 1991 and 2015, WC went in as the better performed team during the season, had an 11-5 combined record in Victoria before the GF including beating Hawthorn in Victoria every time, and then f###ed it up in the big one twice...

Lost to a team because you brought in your own shitty attitude...think that's what you meant to say...and denial is one of the stages of dealing with trauma...grating your poor bloodied soul in endless torment...

I don't see why jealousy of Hawthorne's success is a reason to think their jumper sucks. Most people thought the same thing in the early 2000's when they sucked. Nobody had any issue pointing out that Freo's original jumper was terrible either.
