Personally I would like to see Nathon Buckley come on board and then maybe succeed TW when the time is right. I think he works wonders with young groups. Last year when he was injured and in the coaches box the pies kids and as a team did a hell of alot better than this year. They are in real danger of not making the eight and Bucks has alot to do with that.

He's a real pro. Other names that pop up are Guy McKenna , Adrian Fletcher. Fletchers played at more clubs than Slim Dusty and been under more coaches than a Greyhound Mechanic. Surely he has got something to bring to our club. He did inhale the Freo Culture for a couple of years that could be ugly.

Take Roos in a heart beat Wally but realistic ones. Leigh Mathews would be nice also but I'm going along the lines of current assistants that we could get over as assistants , retired players or soon to be retired players that would compliment our current set up.

Is Johnny Barker still assistant at St Kilda hows he going?

Buckley's a perfectionist.
If the team ain't performing and players ain't pulling their weight in, imagine the number of players delisted every year.

Buckley was a selfish footballer who could never inspire his teamates to greatness

For all his talent he was not a great leader

Anyone but James bloody Hird...
Great player, potentially an excellent future coach...

But too many bad memories for me I think.

What about Robert Harvey , he'd fit in well at our club , every thing he has achieved he's done through hard work.
