He doesn't appreciate the history of you trolling the Crows all season...
Stating facts = trolling.

You got called out by another Crow poster for being unable to admit that Sloane has been a big part of your midfield in 2023 and you’re instead choosing to ignore him and double down.

Nicks is still coaching the Crows though..

Still refusing any comment on our young defence.

Do yourself a favour & watch one of our games... will help you proving analysis without actually knowing players... ;)

Still refusing to answer my direct questions again.

Perhaps if you want to keep up the pretence of being an expert on the Crows young talent you could actually watch one of our recent games.

Still no comment on a young defence with only Milera over 30 games that had stood up.

Or are you one of those who thinks studying champion statistics makes you an expert...

Most on the Crows board disagree with Anzacpaul 's view on Sloane but as a long term Crow supporter I respect his right to his opinion... which I usually agree with but not this time.

Wow... 1 poster disagreed.

Do all Hawks posters agree on everything?

Have a read of the Sloane thread & get yourself an education that you are in the minority view!

Serious clutching of straws.

Meanwhile you once again failed to address my questions which were on topic unlike you continually going on about Sloane!

One poster showed you to be arguing against fact.

In pure desperation you will bring up anything and everything before admitting it. It’s what you do.

Clearly you don't know the difference between facts & opinions!

Have a read of the Sloane thread.

Watch a Crows game & watch our young talent on show rather than reading stats.

Then get back to me with something insightful...

Its is a verifiable fact that Rory Sloane has had the 4th most CBA’s of any Crow in 2023.

Spin away.

Indeed... was never arguing this, just all your crazy conclusions you were jumping to that he is a key to our side... despite being sub last 2 weeks & has no contact.

Crickets still the questions I posed.

Yet you called this an opinion, when it’s a fact.

Why are you arguing against factual information? Sloane might not be the future of our midfield, but it's fact that he has had the most CBA's after Laird and Dawson proves that he's being relied upon at the current time.

Hell, our own board has been complaining for the majority of the season that we've played Laird, Keays and Sloane too often in the middle.

There is certainly a reason for this internally (likely exposure/fitness for younger guys), but to argue against what Strapping Young Lad has said is disingenous.

Yet you called this an opinion, when it’s a fact.
Sloane is not relied upon.

It really is that simple for anyone who actually watches us!

Why do you continue to post off topic, when this is about the younger players.

Still no comment on our young defence.m

Hah! Only the 4th most CBA’s of the year. You’re hilarious.
So why wouldn't we have re-signed him for next year?

Why has he been sub for past 2 games?

Why do you continue to go off topic & refuse to comment on our younger players...

Who knows, who cares.

This has to be the most boring thread on bigfooty.

Yep, 100 pages now of the most inane circular arguments about who said what, who watched what, who was sub and so on...

Can't we just agree that Adelaide have further work to do on the development of their midfield youth...

Whilst Hawthorn have further work to do on the development of their key position stocks.

and continue the thread to add something new?

Both sides aren't all that far away from becoming regular finalists.
Adelaide probably closer due to starting rebuild earlier.

I'm going to jump in to try and make this easy for you...

Strapping Young Lad is clearly saying that in the year 2023 Sloane has been relied on as an integral part of the Crows midfield, with the 3rd most CBA of any non-Ruckman in the team.

What you are saying is that you don't expect him to be an integral part of the Crows midfield in 2024, hence the reason why he hasn't been offered a contract for next year.

Just accept that you are wrong about the reliance on Sloane in 2023.

He isn't wrong, You and SYL just can't understand that a player can receive CBA's while also underperforming
Oh yes he’s wrong and so are you.

Facts are facts, as written by one of your own.

Agree with that. You guys were a good couple of years in front of us. I’d say we both declined roughly the same time. Adelaide started it’s rebuild while initially the Hawks were in denial for a couple of years before we started to look at the draft, but we seem to be getting on the right track.
