For those on BF in the mid 2000's, they were exactly the same when in their tanking phase. Absolutely insufferable.

Truth is, if you don't ascend the ladder and have an extra period bottom 4 you're eating humble pie either way. How many bottom 4 finishes is it now for North?

As we start to approach the end of the H&A season, the North posters are starting to trickle back in. It's been rather boring being an Adelaide Hawthorn shitfight the last 3 months.

The tanking phase where we tended to win games at seasons end (and miss out on PP?) or claiming to be ready for a flag (2004)? The only tank game was vs Richmond in 2005 (and we got Ellis or dowler as the pp so no good)
