I have played Country football for since i was 7 and still do follow my local team.
I would just go to a lot more games. I might watch the odd AFL match every now and then but wouldn't care who won or lost.

Country footy is often better to watch anyway. No flooding, no chipping, more contested marks and not as ultra defensive. Plus the blokes on my team can kick straight.

That's a tick in every box.

Makes you realise we're watching an inferior competition that is SOUPED UP with all the WHOO-HA that gives the perception it's first class when in reality, it's NOT... thanx for the lowdown Angus... I knew Andy D & all these other snapperheads is in it for the $$$$
