Who?

Lose their first final from the bottom half of the 8 for mine. (if they sneak in, that is)

I responded to your post above.

Who cares if it was from 4 months ago or 4 minutes ago.

You put it out there for all to see.

Oh and yes they're bookmarked along with other classics!

She replied to posts of mine, from 4 months ago.
So they're either bookmarked, or she went searching for them, and felt the need to quote them tonight.

You don't like it when you are reminded!

Some people need to keep being reminded.

This is getting pretty bad for Collingwood. Daicos may jump ship now to avoid the cliff that’s coming. Might as well come join your boyhood favourite team with the greatest player in the AFL, CAPTAIN CRIPPS.
Like Britney Spears, victim of Stockholm syndrome 🤣

Poor guy is stuck there…

Seriously though we saw Collingwood perform pretty well in that middle patch earlier in the year, and they had injuries then so that is not an excuse

What has happened since though is teams have worked them out

Contending teams have their own one wood and DNA

Swans - it’s all about transition football, punishing from turnover and the fab 3 in the midfield cutting up opposition. Dangerous in most facets

Carlton; it’s contest and pressure and brutality in the midfield, power forwards are the icing on the cake

Fremantle: it’s about keeping’s off and high possession game, they simply make it difficult for opposition to get the game in their terms and their efficiency in ball movement forward of late has been a sound growth area

Geelong; it’s about elite ball use, forward threats, the weakness being when they put to the sword with pressure

Collingwood’s one wood, well it was the houndini 20 minute purple patch, they simply don’t put teams to the sword, can’t or won’t unlike the other contenders and that fact has shattered their confidence, Fly is at his wits end and the ship is sinking deep

Not to mention a dearth of star youngsters besides Nicky D, giving up a top 10 pick for a role player, ageing stars and you have a team that’s on the skids…

It’s an exciting time in the afl but Collingwood isn’t part of that
You can try and spin anything you like . The fact is we have the most recent trophy in our cabinet.

Until your team does similar I think you’d want to show a bit more humility .

Humility is being gracious in victory - something your bunch of chest-puffing toofless bragarts should keep in mind. The thread title was a Collingwodo post - now only the OP bothers to try and respond along with a pet familiar or two.

Humility?

Don't you remember that "Carlton's out of the 8" video with Swoop Luke?

Did you remember the pile on within bigfooty that night. It was pure filth. We just sat back and took it all in, biding our time for the sweet smell of revenge, and now they are asking for some humility? Oh, ok then lol

Are the Pies currently a bottom 4 side on form? Richmond, North, West Coast and then who? Id back in Adelaide, Hawks, StK and GCS to beat them at the moment.

They are diabolically old too where as all those teams have plenty of youth to build upon next season.

If you're just looking at the ladder, it could be said Carlton are well in front this year. But if you take recent form into account, it's actually Carlton that looks to be well in front. It gets even more interesting when you look at the remaining fixture and see the pies have one and maybe as many as two winnable matches while the Blues would be favored to win most if not all of their last seven games, which is exactly why I think Collingwood is under rated at the moment and should be flag favorites.

If you answer the question in the thread title, clearly Carlton are better in 2024 than Collingwood.

However, thus far, Carlton have not won anything worth bragging about since 1995.

Whilst I have high hopes this season, until we actually salute, I'll refrain from slinging sh1t at the reigning premiers.
can we post this in the thread title please
