Banter Carlton is better in 2024. Who will be better in 2025? Carlton or Collingwood? Part 3

Banter threads are not to be taken too seriously. Have fun. Let others have fun.

Aww, diddums. šŸ˜‚

Weā€™ve averaged 3,000 fewer people at home games than Collingwood this year. 9 MCG (7 at Marvel) games for Carlton vs 13 MCG games (3 at Marvel) for Collingwood and your fanbase could only muster at extra 3,000 people? To put that into perspective, you've been given an extra 188,000 seats and only got 3,000 people in. šŸ˜‚

Your supporters have done plenty of ā€œnot turning upā€.
So the club that is #1 for crowd attendances in 2024, in the same way as they are pretty much every year, are being accused of 'not turning up'?

You're quite brilliant, RPCB

By the way, you've tied yourself in knots again flipping between total additional available seats, average additional attendees, average differences for home crowds and average attendances for total crowds.

The facts are:
  • Collingwood average OVER 5000 more attendees to their HOME games than Carlton;
  • Collingwood average OVER 3500 more attendees to ALL games than Carlton;

And no, you can't borrow my abacus.

There is not a single Collingwood supporter on here breaking anyone. Youā€™re all masters of changing the rules of this thread and a walking contradiction.
Poor Bagger fans still hurting from the GOATcos domination.

It must be hard to realise that the only way Carlton can beat Collingwood recently is when Collingwood are that far in front that they didnt need to win!

We have had Carlton's measure again in 2024.

Collingwood supporters: Carlton were given double ups against 17th and 18th.
Fact, only a nuffie would try to argue against that.
Carlton supporters: But when the fixture was made Richmond finished 13th.
Carlton supporters: But Hawthorn finished 16th last year. So the double-up was 17th vs 16th according to last years ladder. Itā€™s a negligible difference.
There is the nuffie.
2023 has nothing to do with the actual difficulty of a teams 2024 fixture.

The 2024 fixture difficulty is only about who you actually played in 2024, and how good they were in 2024.

It should be obvious, but clearly some Baggers struggle with basic logic.
Collingwood supporters: That doesnā€™t matter.
Facts again.

I love how in your "burn", you show Pies fans as sensible and Carlton fans as blathering nuffies who make no sense.

So the rules of next years thread donā€™t change in July, again, one of you should make a checklist on what does countā€¦.. outside of final ladder position.
So ladder position is important again, unlike 2023 when Carlton fans moved the goal posts.

2024, Pies are clearly better as a result of their two HTH wins and that Carlton's ladder position is the result of a soft fixture.

Everyone knows it.

We all agree that the blathering Carlton supporters trying to use 2023 ladder position to defend their 2024 fixture are idiots, as your post beautifully illustrated.

Doing great work.

Pies are already the Moral Premiers, clearly a better season than Carlton's Moral wooden spoon.

That said, the immoral season isn't over yet. I'm hanging my hat on a 30 goal win for the Pies vs a scoreless Melbourne to see us cruise into finals.

Fallback position is starting rumors Carlton will be docked 4 premiership points for their supporters' complaints ITT about getting trolled.

Final position is a bottle of Stoli, some lube and reruns of the 23 GF.

Hahahaha so pathetic!

"Moral Premiers"!

I think that needs a badge.

Be careful mate.

Youā€™ll be accused of getting involved in the back and forth banter by the fun police.

You have to be above all of that as a BigFooty admin.

Or something like that.

Nice rant.
A solid 7/10

Loving the deflections, dummy spits, excuses on why the Pies have fallen off the cliff this season and become an irrelevant football club.

Such a comedy show on here and great for a laugh, keep it coming guys !

You'd do that? Create a badge that Carlton can never qualify for?

Clinging to the illusory.

Collingwood supporters have had many, many seasons of that over the centuries.

Back to normal for you chaps this year.

'Normal' = 'Not winning the premiership'?

For a team that has played in more than one third of all Grand Finals played, and qualified for 85 of the 128 finals series played since the beginning of time, The Powerhouse that is the Collingwood Football Club NOT qualifying for finals is certainly not 'normal'...

Normal for us is finals. 11 Prelims in the last 22 years. 45 Grand Finals. 5 of those Moral Premierships.

What's normal for you again? ;)
