You’re hiding behind De Konings injury this year to try and make a ‘gotcha’.

Everyone can see it and it’s quite pathetic.
Oh. So he would have performed better than Pendlebury had he not been injured?

Pendlebury also missed games through injury, and played a number of games where he was clearly impacted by injury.

But regardless of 2024, TDK is 25 years old, Pendlebury is 37. Surely there's at least one year where De Koning has outperformed old man Pendlebury, if he's so clearly a better option going into 2025 that 'everyone would pick him ahead of Pendlebury'?

I’d say the fact Pendlebury has been in his 30s & 250++ games under his belt for the entirety of TDK’s (a project ruckman), career might have something to do with it???

If you watched any footy in 2024 (you didn’t), you’d see TDK established himself as a premier ruckman of the comp.

You’re a bit busy jerking it to Cox highlights from 7 years ago though.

So Collingwood still with the better list despite some obvious bias selections.

What is Pittonet even doing in this list, let alone at 34 ahead of clear best 22 Collingwood players?

Pendlebury the 19th player picked from the two teams? Yeah, you don't understand the importance of leadership.

Reckon you would swap any player on your list outside of your top 6 for Bobby Hill.

I doff my hat to his wisdom....
and his unparalleled ability to break Carlton posters.
Not "breaking" anyone. They probably leave with the same stuff he trots out over and over and over again.
You sit in a room for long enough listening to a broken record, going round and round, either you leave the room or it drives you mad.

Well going off the season just completed, cripps is miles ahead of any player in the comp. Yet you continue to ignore 12 best on grounds this year ( Nick got , what , like 5 ? )
As I've said on other occasions, you really need to consider ALL the data, not just whatever subset of data suits you.

Did the coaches also have Cripps as the best player on the ground on 12 separate occasions? No? I didn't think so.

If the players had Cripps as the best player on the ground on 12 separate occasions, I suggest he would have also bolted in the Players MVP.

Pretty sad that they're projecting Pittonet to be in their best 22 😆 so obvious he isn't but anyway

Only thing he is breaking is his own brain. The amount of time that must be spent not only posting about Carlton here, but creating spreadsheets, doing anaylses, then another analysis to fix the previous one that didn’t suit his agenda, talking to people about it in the real world, reading articles..

It’s creepy.

Pittonet is a fine player, just pushed out by a generational talent in TDK by the end of the year. He's certainly better than spuds like McCreery and Lipsinki.

Pendlebury's leadership is relevant in a hypothetical combined 44? I think it's you who doesn't understand.

Hill would be a lot higher but he's a show pony who does many things well, but often ends up butchering his opportunities trying to do too much or just being a prima donna.

When I posted my list, I clearly stated it was the order in which I'd pick them going into the 2025 season.

The fact you responded with your own list, without any commentary around it, would suggest it was your view for the same purpose.

So yes, leadership IS important.

Good thing he saves his best performances for the most important games.

You might want to check out his 2023 finals series if you think he's a butchering prima donna...

Kinda is isn't it. Almost desperate. Bit like his club

So why isn't Cripps above Nicky then? Leadership and all...

Fadge is like the primary school kid that says ‘yeah but I can do a somersault’ to end the argument.
It is meaningful though if the other kids cannot do a somersault

Or win a flag in modern memory
