Not sure but I think Burgess who was contracted for 2024 at the Suns probably got a 2 year contract to move?

With Gollant, I think he is good for depth. Walker is maybe in his last year, or one more, Welsh won't be up and running next year, if we even take him, and so any injury to Fog or RT puts us at a disadvantage. If we can get him onto the Rookie list that would be a good outcome.
As for Ned, again, just for a depth reason of we lose Rankine or Roch.

Really.... keeping Ned for depth.....
I rather keep him fishing out somewhere along Aldinga than anywhere near Team.
Absolute spud..... I also wish Murphy could be in that category but unfortunately he is contracted.

If we trade in a player of his type, or we know we are going to get a quality replacement in the draft, then I just think he can play a role for another 12 months. He knows the club, he knows the plays, and we know what he can do.
To me list management is about having depth and role players, as much as the legit stars.

I'd rather Himmelberg and Borlase ahead of Gollant in that order, as depth.

McHenry is one of the worst players currently on an AFL list so he is absolutely worthless in every way.

Yeah, f*ck all

He’s not even remotely useful depth, we should be cutting the cord ASAP

I think only three players have shown enough either this year or over their career to definitely deserve a contract extension

1. Taylor Walker
2. Brayden Cook
3. Lachlan Sholl

A few more need to show more throughout the year to get a contract

1. Will Hamill - trending towards a 1 year extension
2. Sam Berry - trending towards a 1 year extension
3. James Borlase - as depth

Then the group that hasn't shown enough and should be delisted

1. Patrick Parnell
2. Ned McHenry
3. Hugh Bond
4. Lachlan Gollant
5. Brodie Smith
6. Chris Burgess - though potentially keep as depth

And trade bait

1. Elliot Himmelberg - delist if not traded
