um sorry but, JOSH HILL was as bad as usual. i don't undetstand how this bloke gets a game so often!
yes, he kicked a few, but he didn't work for those goals that's for sure.
we're just not a physically strong enough side, and josh hill is as weak as a forward target gets!

Williams was good on Cloke, came back strongly after a shocker last week.

Playing Ward after one easy hit out in a VFL reserves game is ridiculous.

Stack must go. Love Addisons effort but isn't up to it. Gia and Hahn have both been terrible of late. Higgins I suspect has been playing with an injury all season, he is a tough player but has been far from it this season. You don't just stop attacking the ball without reason (hopefully :)) Would rather give him a few weeks to get himself right then have him serve up this crap, how bad is the ankle from today?

If Eade doesn't make changes because we fought back in the final term, then i think we will never win a premiership with him..

If he is gutless in making decisions which will put the current players on notice then he has lost my confidence.

Good call Leon. Also I should add that I think Griffen is playing with injury, looked like he hurt himself in the first quarter against the dons and looked proppy at several points during that game and tonight's game.

Maybe the whole team is injured?

If I was in tonight's side, I would have been coming off with some sort of limp after such a poor effort.

Settle the f--- down, we lost by 10 points after playing 1 quarter of footy.

To suggest playing half fit players who haven't played all year clearly shows how much you have thought about your comments.

Fact is we played one qtr of footy once the game had opened up. When the contest was hot in the first half and the game was there to be won or lost we were absolutely blitzed....

Hahn - Has done nothing all year and simply has to go. Everitt takes his forward line spot, and he can also go back allowing Lake to play forward. Times up for Mitch.

Moles - did nothing for 3 quarters. Didn't cut it at Geelong. Too slow in the head.

Stack - Not up to it (yet?)

Gia - I wouldn't drop him yet, but he is on very thin ice.

Hahn cant play forward while Barry Hall is there,he hasnt got over getting knocked out by him in the NAB Cup,he hears footsteps now.

Gia gets found out against good opposition

Stacks ok but needs to be carried and we cant afford to at the moment

Addison, as above,

INs
Hargraves,
Reid,
Ward - when hes ready,
Everitt - should of been in after his performance against Collingwood in last years finals

Tim Callan should never play seniors again!

I expect alot of changes this week. I am not one for making mass changes but there is a case for it this week. It's dangerous to bring in so many players who might not be 100% but the upside is well worth the risk. Hargrave, Everitt and Reid have the fitness so there is no risk with them. Picken showed that you dont need VFL time to come back as well as ever.

IN: Johnson (maybe), Murphy, Ward, Everitt, Reid, Hargrave

Out: Addison, Hahn, Moles, Stack, Gia, Higgins(inj)

Gia stays in if we decide to give Johnson another week, but he needs a week in the VFL i think, much like we did years ago.

Oh boy I come on and It's started! Ill just sit back and start laughing, Pull all your heads in we can still be back in the top 4 mix next 4 games are very winnable.

The very possible ins are Murphy Johno Everitt Callan and Wood.

Grow up people i hear all this burning memberships, For once can you all not let one player "Callan" get to you, he was pretty good in our finals series last year and has been good in the VFL, Grow up.

Why would we put Wood in ahead of Reid? Reid has shown that he can do it at AFL level and has the VFL form to boot. Wood has neither.

And I'm certain that Hargrave is an in if he is fit.

Wood, like Moles is a BigFooty favourite. But he suffers from the exact same problem. He makes poor decisions and is TOO SLOW. He has to be good enough to replace one of Boyd or Cross is he wants to get into our team, and i don't see that happening.

We may as well just throw away an chance of making the top 4 if we act like people are proposing on here.
WILLIAMS - had a good game, notice not too many goals were scored when Lake went forward? He got thrown in the deep end a bit and he did alright.
HAHN - isnt in top form, but our forward line is struggling, why drop one of our only forwards with a decent track record who isnt injured?
MOLES - Apart from a few mistakes (which seeing he is in about his 5th game), played a good game. He took the game on when others wouldnt.
HILL - Although he does go missing, he is getting the job done up forward atm and with Johnno, Aker and Murph injured he wont be dropped while kicking a couple every week.

In saying that, i do think Stack will be dropped and Higgins will miss through injury.
So:
OUT: Stack, Higgins
IN: Hargrave, Reid/Callan

Moles did nothing for 3 quarters, and he is only good when the goals are infront of him and he doesn't have to think about where to kick it. In the 1st quarter he did only one thing - got caught holding the ball because he is too slow in the head and can't make a decision quickly enough.

Hahn has done nothing all year. You wont win games with non-contributors. His runs on the board are from previous years, and it appears that he is passed it.

And i dont care if Moles is only in his 5th game. He is 24 years old and has played plenty of footy. There is a reason he didn't get a game at Geelong - because he wasn't good enough. Geelong are the team to beat, and we wont get it done with players who didn't make the cut. It's like pitting the best of the AFL vs the best of the VFL.
