well staker had "allegedly" hit him in the balls and was illegally scragging him at the time, and Barry was lets say "not impressed" with said treatment and also felt the umpires were possibly not noticing it.

Can you not see which way Staker is facing? Directly at Hall. He had his arms all over him, so you'd assume he knew where he was.
