So another thrashing by the Willy 2nds and Rhyce Shaw getting an important game under his belt.

Caracella also played, as did B.Hall, S.Cox, Toovey.

B.Hall actually kicked 5 goals 4 behinds and our mate Billy Morrison kicked 2 goals 6.

I think that Rhyce will play at Subiaco next week. The club was so keen to get another game under his belt before the Eagles game, that they applied for permission to allow him to play in the Willy reserves. If he wasnt going to play against the eagles, they would have given him a weekend off for rest.

Dont forget that the last 2 or 3 times against the eagles he has played as a tagger on Judd and absolutely CANED him!! As far as I know, the only player to have done this to Judd on a number of occaisions.

First things first...we have got our best side in at the moment and everyone earning their spot, and we are a winning side. If we lose to West Coast, their is likely to be omissions, and even Rusling off the injury list, whateva, therefore, Shaw won't be bought in for the Eagles game for someone to get omitted when he shouldn't be, if you get me.

But, dillo has a great point there, which will prove me wrong. Rhyce will be there on the flight to Perth then.

When Hall is very ordinary, he is 'banging on the door' for selection acording to Malthouse. He is playing good, so wonder if the door is completely off the hinges

Malthouse just spins sh*t all the time. It just comes down to how well you can see it come out of the hand so to speak.

Hall is less than zero % chance of getting a single game this year.

Was at the game on Saturday and Willy pretty much creamed them for 3 quarters. Shaw and Stretton showed heaps of run. Shaw made a number of good bursts while Stretton racked up around 30 possessions. Macca was in everything too. Galea had glue on his hands, he is a strong mark. Rose made good positions and kicked well early. Basically game was over at half time.

Have been a big supporter of O'briens in recent times, i think he has a great future ahead of him but i have a feeling he will be dropped this week in preference for R.Shaw.

He fumbled abit today and unless they decide to keep him to play in his home state i think he will be dropped this week or next for SHaw maybe even pendelbury if shaw isnt fit

What I saw was talented young men who have been held in high regard by their local football clubs, their representative sides, their TAC clubs and their VFL clubs. Men who's ability and perserverance has got them this far and who are striving to improve everyday. Some have genuine chances for AFL promotion. Armchair nobody's should get behind these men and acknowledge their commitment that they show for something that they love doing.

Yeah Galea was leading goalkicker in the WRFL. He makes good leads and is a strong mark but can fire up when he gets hassled which distracts him from the game
