This has been my biggest gripe with recruitment teams. They pick guys on their height, weight and results from the draft camps. Go out and watch them play football and pick them based on that.

If an 18yo Matt Shirvington and an 18yo Tony Shaw turned up at the draft camp, Shirvington would go top 10 and Shaw would go fourth or fifth round, but the club that picked Shaw would end up with the better footballer.
