So basically just traded out of this year's draft for Houston, Perryman and Schultz

West Coast is an interesting one, maybe doesn’t look as bad whe you look at it in totality now but I don’t think that paints the real picture. It’s not that that what they’ve got is diabolical it’s more that it could’ve and probably should’ve been a fair bit more. I’m not sure why that is, did they outsmart themselves? pride? incompetence? It’s just seems odd.

I’m clearly in the minority but I reckon West Coast has done quite well. Everyone seems to be focused on the Baker deal while forgetting about the Barrass deal which was outstanding for them.

Blues - Pick 3 in and Owies Out
Pies - Cleaned house and picked up a 2 x AA for good value
Edit: Tigers also got full value for their players traded

Losers:
WCE - Paid Pick 14 for Baker and lost Pick 3 when they could have gotten pick 14 from the Hawks - diabolical
Port - Lost a 2 x AA and a F1 for a mish mash.

Houston is very good player but if Collingwood doesn’t win a premiership in the next 2-3 years it’s a failure with compromised drafts and a ageing playing list. It’s a high risk high reward move be interesting to see how it plays out
