4/19 recently

They're vastly improved in the field today - I'm not sure on their field settings on Sunday, but until now I'm not sure they've dropped 4 back to the boundary at any stage today

Against the spin they had 1 or 2 out on the boundary, occasionally a 3rd but they've kept the fielders up in the ring and made it hard to find singles without wanting to take a risk - can see how that strangled things as there hasn't been an easy release shot for a while

Watching us bat on Sunday and there was obvious issues but the cracks were papered over with the win

Those cracks look a bit wider today and we really need to address our batting ahead of the third match in 2 days

McGrath's form is a worry, she's not contributing with the bat and barely bowling of late - is it the VC that's keeping her safe?

England really need to get someone to work with Filer on her bowling action/stride - never seen someone fall over in their delivery stride as much as she does, and considering no one else has fallen over, it's pretty clear it's related to her

There's got to be some concern she could really hurt herself

Can't depend on McGrath and Gardiner when you need a rescue job.
I thought Gardner did okay on Sunday when we were 4/124 and a looking a little wobbly, but McGrath couldn't hit a beach ball at the moment, she looks seriously out of touch and must be considered a liability at the moment.

Not sure what King is thinking there. Going in the air through a packed off side field probably isn't going to work.

Going to need something special with the ball, this has been a very poor effort with the bat.

It's been great tactics by Knight & England today

They've primarily kept the field up, especially with the spinners on, packed the off-side to not allow any easy singles and bowled to the field

Pace on is the only time they'll drop 4 back to the boundary

We need to take note of what they've done well and replicate it - early wickets will be a big help

We don't looked balanced as a team - too reliant on all-round options, especially through the middle of our batting order, and when those options aren't performing with either bat or ball, it really does leave the team looking short or off balance

Would like to see some hard calls made ahead of Hobart as we surely don't go in with this same line-up
