Umpires cost DP? More scoring shots, maybe their 6.15 was a major reason why they got done.

Bad kicking is bad football, that cost us the game. But in saying that the umpires were very consistent with the way they umpire H&A season and the finals they've been terrible.

been cheated all year. Umpires have been biased all year. Captain of deer park unfairly targeted by umpires for tough hard football. Find a copy of altona v werribbee match last week and watch incident at approx 16 minute mark of last quarter and tell me why the werribee player was not reported and suspended.

Oh please. The guy runs around snipping blokes. Then runs over to the umpires during breaks having a sook. Odds on if they are down in the last quarter next week or if they win and play against Altona, he will do something cowardly at some time in the next two weeks

Where? What league sign off on doubling the salary cap, that's unheard of. It should stay at 100k, worked pretty well hasn't it, country clubs get an extra 20k to entice travel, sounds pretty fair. Maybe some metro players could actually play for the love of the game, like many guys in the country.

Deer parks main reason will be steal all the good kids from other clubs in the wrfl, with the selling point of playing a better standard league, expect some Caroline Springs juniors to head across and sustains the club longer.

Just hearing the canteen complaints, most country leagues get to have a stand, whether it's drinks or food to make some funds and their foods always on point

Burnside Heights is closer to Caroline springs and being in the EDFL hasn’t necessarily made them a strong junior club…

Avondale would beat all of those teams mentioned quite easliy. Douttas, yep they aren't great. Glenroy/Tulla are both Div 1... and would still be a decent game against the bottom few in this league.

You’re missing the point, all comps have their whipping boys. The EDFL are no different

Im not sure the WRFL junior are going to miss DP's 1.5 teams....

And I would more than likely guess some of those kids will just change clubs and stay in the WRFL anyway
