Good bloke Jamie - coached me about 6 years ago - i rate him highly.

patty davis getting closer to cracking the 100 goals, 60 odd goals in 7 games is pretty good

so he should he was an 80+ goal kicker in div 1, very hard to spoil pat he has very long arms probably would have bagged the ton in div 1 if he was a better kick for goal

If you take off the big bags when Devlin kicked 18, Pearce Kicked 15, and Davis 14 all against poor sides, it would be very open on the leading goal kicker of the year. Most Forwards are average 3 to 4 a game

North footscray easily the best side going around for the first half of the year... a side full of runners who dont really put their head over the ball, Heights aren't really a physical side either so should be an open game with lots of cheats sitting off the packs!

Albanvale V Nth Sunshine - The cobras are clearly the 3rd best side in the comp and will have no problems accounting for North Sunshine - 156pts

Deer Park V Parkside - Deer park have only won 1 of there last 5, however i am not convinced with Parkside just yet. By 19 pts

Sunshine Heights V Nth Footscray - Should be a cracker, but i think North Footscary deserve to go in as the fav. By 27 pts

Western Magpies V Coburg - Coburg are like Fremantle ( not as good away from home ) Big game for both sides and im tipping the magpies in a upset by 4 pts

Wyndhamvale V Braybrook - Braybrook were pretty good last week against Albanvale just lacked the class. They will be too good for the falcons though and win by 61 pts.

How bad was there ground then cos we played on yours early in the year and it was the worst ground I have ever seen. Do they replace the swing sets from the middle of the oval after each match or wait till the end of the year. how anyone would want to play on that ground every second week is beyond me

Sunshine Heights V Nth Footscray - Heights hard to beat (especially at home) but I think the Devils just - 3 points.

Western Magpies V Coburg Districts - Even if the game was at Laverton, I would still pick CD as I think the Magpies are struggling big time. Coburg Districts by 7 goals.

Wyndhamvale V Braybrook - Braybrook by 161 points. Vales coach Nathan Evans to still claim on radio that his side was ahead in their internal measuerments (KPI's) versus Braybrook, despite getting slaughtered. Pearce to kick 11.

If the Devils lose, I may take a few weeks off from Big Footy.

yer i couldnt tell you to be honest mate but make 1 thing straight we will be back in div 1 in the future......1,2,3 years we will be back up with the big boys.......very positive behind the scenes i can assure you of that buddy.......money is good even though were not performing at the minuite every body is working very hard on field to back up the work the commitee are doing off the field........

to be honest played there last week.......very good condition atm ''BUT'' the gras was 4 inches long.......suited the heavy bodies on that heavy track.........
