The Wyatt's thing is weird, I thought it was an interesting idea having them as low-key babyfaces who targeted people who turned on a brother, but it went nowhere, they didn't have a long term plan.

I'm fairly sure they're going to SD to feud with what's left of Solo's bloodline, using the same motivation. But the whole thing has fizzled out already, it doesn't matter any more.

No way they are towards the top of the card. They have no momentum at all.

Wont survive next round of cuts. Pretty sad considering how big Bray and the gimmick was.

With Penta in WWE does that mean his Brother Rey Fenix also coming to WWE?
His brother is stuck in an extended contract with AEW.
When they heard Penta and Fenix wanted to go to WWE, they "randomly" added injury time to his contract so he couldn't go. Then told both of them that there were no creative plans for them currently.

I'm really enjoying the production of Raw on Netflix.

Michael Cole made 2 audible snafus today in the crossover between the show proper and what's happening in the breaks - which wasn't a big deal, but it was noticeable cos Cole is such a pro, you almost don't realise how good he is until he makes an error like that (twice) and it sticks out like dogs balls.

I love the visual production though. It looks so much better than it did on Kayo, and that drone shot is to die for, I just hope they don't start overdoing it when they realise how incredible it looks.

I also hope it doesn't run out of batteries/have a rogue operator/have a mechanical failure that ploughs it into a fans head, it really, really feels like one of those things that will only have to go wrong once.

Yeah I'll take Greaves over McAfee's bafoonery any day. But this is probably a work.
Yep people are getting worked. He’s put another message out saying he’s got a lot to say and you need to tune into nxt tonight.

He’s been cleared to return to the ring for a few years now so….

I love it they’ve nailed it, I don’t get any ads so for me it’s been smooth as.

One thing graphically I enjoy is the custom name plates for pretty much everyone. Most talent have their own logo or name design on T shirts so they should just keep using them as name plates on entrances.

It’s early days but everything they did yesterday segment wise was done well in terms of timing and how it transitioned into something else.

They have been so disappointing. Matter of time before all of them are released.

I'm glad they have settled into the position they are in currently, yes its wrestling and we all suspend our belief when we watch but in 2025 their gimmick does not have legs as a mid to upper card attraction.

plus Lumis is their best worker, so that places limitations

AEW have pulled all Fenix merch from their site.
Either they've granted him his release finally. Or they're going next level toxic and cutting off a revenue stream for him, while they also shelve him.

“Welcome to the big time!”. I won’t lie I had a chuckle when I heard that. I knew and I’m sure they knew it would light up the vocal minority.

Great debut from Penta. Thought the presentation was excellent and the match delivered as well. I don’t mind the fast pace matches like that when they’re not overdone. It certainly provides more of a spotlight on the talents. And Gable has been huge in putting over talents and yet still keeping himself and the group relevant.

How good was it to see a Destroyer that wasn’t immediately no sold and the person just spring up as well!?

I’m sure a lot of potentially disgruntled younger talent at AEW would have been watching the fantastic presentation closely.

I'm really enjoying the production of Raw on Netflix.

They’ve absolutely nailed the production side of it. The improved camera angles and the new graphics look fantastic. I’m loving the return of the moving wrestler graphics as well.

They manage to make every show feel big. Visually at least.

However, I can’t say I’ve been won over by the referee attire. I don’t mind changing the tradition stripes, but maybe to a plain grey or black rather than the two stripe set up now.

I like it but, as you’re a Saints fan, it’s reminiscent of the recent Saints logo change and, more broadly, Collingwood going white on black from 2001-now.

I like the presentation so far on netflix.
But their audio mix sucks.

One gripe I’ve got with the audio is that it feels like the entrance music isn’t been played through the feed, only in the arena. Sounds much quieter at least to my ears. Although in saying that the entrance music is getting worse each new song def rebel produce so that’s probably not a bad thing.

I have liked how they seem to have removed the dubbed in crowd noise

Increasing rumours today that Malakai Black (Alistair Black) is gone from AEW and most likely WWE bound. Apparently the feeling backstage is he's not coming back. Melzer claiming that the reaction has been mixed, with some claiming it's good he's gone - whether they mean they're happy he left because he was unhappy there is unknown.

Usually Black has been quick to jump on social media and downplay these rumours, but this round he has so far not commented on.

Give me Black with his OG entrance and inject him straight to the top of the card please.
