Swans fine-tune for Round 1

The Sydney Swans have had a solid pre-season hit-out in their match simulation against GWS at Moore Park on Saturday.

Both not in the pre-season "competition" per se so shouldn't be included. GWS and Sydney played eachother weeks after in the Marsh Series in 2018 so if they played in their training guernsey for thaaat match, then he'd include it.

The Pride guernsey is at least in the Marsh fixture so it's got some value.

The 2014 indigenous jumper has maroon cuffs and collar - not gold

And 2015 ANZAC jumper has gold cuffs & collar - not blue

I've been cataloguing the Freo jumpers I own and your site has been an invaluable resource for getting that done, love your work! Hope you don't mind but I wanted to point out a couple of things I've noticed that aren't quite right though:

1. The 2011 home jumper has "Integrated" as the rear sponsor . 2012 was when they switched to "Programmed" .

2. The 2015 - 17 jumpers have the "woodside" logo in a red box with rounded corners and a lower case "w" .
In 2018 the box is a brighter shade of red with an upper case "W". Still rounded corners on the back , but square corners on the front .

3. The 2017 Indigenous jumpers have the Recognise "R" logo on them .
4. The 2018 and 2019 Indigenous jumpers have purple cuffs.

And other matches with Geelong from this period seem to have the wrong shorts:
1985 – Round 5, 16
1986 – Round 17
1987 – Round 17
1988 – Round 2, 22
1990 – Round 4

In the mid to late 80s the VFL allowed clubs to decide what colour shorts they would wear.
Geelong, who had lightened their socks in 1981 to White with Blue hoops chose to wear coloured shorts in all games unless the Away team's shorts were the same as the Home team, in which case they wore White.
So Geelong, who wore Navy shorts, only wore White when they played away to a team who also wore Navy shorts (Carlton).
Carlton & Footscray chose to wear White shorts in all Away games during this period.
Some clubs chose to wear White shorts against teams who were too close to theirs (Collingwood, StKilda & Essendon all wore White against teams with Black or Navy shorts)


Away Games I can find:
R22, 1986 game v Richmond:
R21, 1986 v Hawthorn:
R16, 1987 v Melbourne:
R3, 1988 v Melbourne:
R19, 1988 v Essendon:

Then there's games like this where both teams wore Black shorts

Suggestion:
That the image of the Brisbane Bears player should be wearing a longy for these matches: Round 11 1989 and Round 14 1990.

Reason:
In both matches more than half of the Brisbane Bears players wore longies.
