It's kinda criminal you've managed to come up with a better logo for a amateur side you have no idea about in less than 2 days than any other new logo we've seen in the AFL.
I want to like this but Melbourne's logo is so excellent

The urge struck ... new banner

Can I just make the tiniest of tiny suggestions?
With the wings, could you continue the red outline to outside the border of the shield as well?
Even if it's just the four feathers that stick out on one side and the one on the other.

I did look at that, but i thought it made it look a bit clunky, plus I liked it without as it gave the Robin more of a "flying off the shield" look.

However looking at it again this morning, there is a bit of ocular tension going on where the wing leaves the shield, so I'm warming to it.

As someone mentioned earlier, the equal or better than most AFL produced club logos in the last 10 years.

This is pretty much my 2nd sports logo design, since this 5 years ago :drunk::

I wouldn't mind a bit of constructive criticism. It's still a bit rough around the edges and may be a little too detailed?

Great job.

Maybe look at putting some more uniformity in the wings, their shape, size and spacing is pretty inconsistent and detracts a bit for mine. Or possibly just combine them into one shape for each colour. It's looking really good tho.

I would instead make the bird outline thinner (about half the current thickness), and grey (0 0 0 35). That way, the bird will stand out against the logo and the sash will stand out more too, as it won't be blending/bleeding into other red areas.

Absolutely overwhelmed by the response so far!
You guys are a credit to yourselves, the goodwill shown here, just to help a club upgrade its image is outstanding.

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to help us out so far!

See this folks, this is actual constructive feedback.
Count here brings two possible solutions, not simply telling him what's wrong.
Then DG counters with a third suggestion.
Well played all round.

Hey there!
Sorry! I forgot to post the latest update.
The logos have been taken to the board and will be voted on shortly.
I should know the result by before the time we break for the Christmas period.

Hey guys! Sorry for the delayed response, unfortunately, life got in the way and this completely slipped my mind.

The Club decided to keep the old logo for this season, but TheCount won the vote by a large margin.

I honestly appreciate everyone's effort in this and was blown away by the quality.
Again, I'm very sorry this took so long, it's simply not good enough on my end, especially with how high the standard of the competition was. I hope you understand.

Thanks everyone!
Breather.
