Hugh Minson (brother of Will) is 202 cm & dominates junior footy (Norwood & college in S.A.)

Only 16 so will be in 2006 draft which is shaping up as the strongest ever.

Nice.

I look forward to the day when Footscray has not only a team full of run AND an equal amount of Massive Bastard. :D

No doubt Hugh Minsons nickname is Huge, surely?

why wouldn't he be a top pick? he sounds like he has the body that is so rare these days, plus the skills of his brother
Just having a look at next years draft there is about 8 players who if up this year would go number 1, looks to be the best draft in years.

The top 10 are almost set a year out with some of the greats kids liks Gibbs around.

if wat u r saying is right, should we not be looking to draft some of these 06 draft kids a year early?

Im not sure will is a ruckman. unless there is some niggle which is keeping him from leaping effectively. I seem to remember him having a bigger leap than he has been showing lately.

but he is a decent kick. I wouldnt mind im being played as a forward but he has to do a lot of contested marking work between now and next season.

Definitely a ruckman. IMO he was always going to struggle against White last night, just doesnt have the same natural spring as White.

I watching Will before the game jumping into the pads and his leap is pretty impressive. Just has to learn to utilise it to the best of his ability in centre bounce situations. That will come with experiance.

Very exciting prospect who has benefited greatly in Darcy's absence. Will become one of our MOST important players in the future with his leadership and aggression on the field, not to mention he is a very marketable figure and the club would be silly not to use him in such a role in the near future.

Do you actually follow the bulldogs closely ?

What are you thinking saying the your not sure will is a ruckman. White is probably the only player that has out tapped him in the centre.
