I'm going with this for the moment. Pretty happy with it. A few risks, but I'm happy with the balance of it.

might be a little light on in the centre, and unsure if Thompson will fire at seasons start. Zero ruck back-up.

good solid team. not sold on grundy and cloke. think pavlich is very well price at 443k and is a proven sc performer

not sure how shaw will go for gws. i think downgrading him to someone like k simpson then upgrading rohan to higgins. i think they will be more consistent. if higgins stays on the park he will be the best bargain this year!

RE: Higgins; Surely he's luck has to change sometime. And even if he only lasts until round 10 or so, he'll go up in price for sure.

10 rounds for Higgins would be a millenium but kind of agree I think.

Higgins a risk and don't think honeychurch will start. Would also try to get Tyson or Michie into the lineup.

Until teams are released this is probably what I will stick with (Unlikely)
Few I'm not completely sold on.
Pyke - Feel his scores will improve, but still iffy about him. Positive is that he will do at least 80-90% of the ruck work and will still hopefully take a lot of contested marks when resting up forward.
McDonough - If he makes Richmond's round 1 side, I think he will wear the vest, so he will probably change depending on what happens when teams get released.
Roughead - Might downgrade him to Franklin to upgrade McDonough.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

I would downgrade Bartel to Swallow, and then use the cash to go Martin to Beans, you can't not have Beams. And then your side will be fair and balanced

That's his career best and still leaves him outside the top ten avg of 2013. Not for me.

I think you need another mid gun going in with 3 is risky try to get Dbeams in at least.Maybe cut one of those def premos to mid pricer to get the cash to upgrade jmartin.

I'm not sure whether to go with the 4-0-4 in the midfield and 4-0-2 in defence, or chuck an extra premium in midfield and have another rookie/mid-pricer in defence. My justification was that I think the midfield rookies will elevate higher in price than the defensive rookies (plus there's more of them) which will allow me to trade to extra premiums in the mids later on in the season. Plus, there just aren't that many secure def rookies that I want to put in my team now.

With the extra money, I'm able to upgrade Mumford to Goldy/Minson OR Gunston to Roughead, but I thought it might be beneficial to have 100k+ left in the bank, plus I reckon Gunston and Mummy will rise in price.

Also, what's everyones general thoughts on Suckling and Ellis? I'm a bit iffy on Suckling because I can't remember how well he scored before he got injured and am unsure if I want to have him at D4, and I'm avoiding Ellis because he has been injury prone in the past. Thoughts?
