Who would you keep as your 7th back, houlihan or Broughton? Im leaning towards broughton as he is scoring well, and houlihan has a non-dt friendly role.

I have eight trades left and 116k in the bank, and after these few upgrades my team will be complete.

I don't see a need to trade out Broughten, if he can become a 7th back averaging 80 he will stay. And it seems as though he will.
Could trade Winderlich to Ablett, but again, with Winders averaging 95 is it really needed? Happy having the depth in the forwards with one of either Skipworth, Franklin or Murphy riding the pine.

Im unsure whether or not I should be upgrading Muston next week to someone like Selwood or if I should keep Anthony on the field for 6-7 weeks and upgrade him later. Anyway here goes...

9 trades left, $190K in the bank. The * shows the players I have traded in so far.

Obviously Hodge and Chapman come off the bench when they return. Will be aiming to (at least) upgrade 1 defender (Hill or Grimes), 1 midfielder (Rich) and one forward (Krakouer or Sidebottom) using cash in bank and cash from a couple of trades (say $50K from Muston for Cockie and $70K from Meeson for any rookie).

That should leave me 4 or 5 trades for injuries (which is cutting it a bit fine I know.)

Nothing spectacular compared to some of the teams listed before me, but pretty solid I think. But I'll be in trouble if I lose a ruckman, or if I get lots of little injuries and my bench players are getting a game!

Still, there is a long way to go before the season is over!!

Funny how things can change a bit in just a few rounds! After Round 13, my team is as follows:

Only 6 trades left, and about $15K. Copped a zero this week because I'm not sure how bad the Cox injury is. (Still managed over 2200 despite this and the decision to change my captain from Swan to Riewoldt!)

Still aiming to upgrade Rich, and possibly trade in a reasonable defender for Cornes. An opening to make some $$ on Meeson may have come up with Brad Moran out for the season, likely to be replaced by Sellar or S McKernan. This would give me about $400K to spend on a midfield replacement for Rich, and leave me 4 trades for the remainder of the season.

Sitting 1676 overall and 4th in my main league. Aiming to finish in the top 1000 and win the league. :)

I have 5 trades left but this week I'm Trading Houlihan out for Ellis so by Friday Ill have 4 trades left and it should look like this:
