Born To Run.
Four good songs and lots and lots of shite.Queen. Can't stand that overblown space opera shite as technically proficient as they all were.
They are very different genres. It's not exactly Zeppelin or Sabbath.
The gap between their best and worst moments is just about the widest in rock history.Queen. Can't stand that overblown space opera shite as technically proficient as they all were.

The Police can be a bit this way too.
Queen were very hit and miss.
That's going too far, I'm calling the police if you comparing The Police to Queen, they were legit.
Harsh to say Queen had 4 good songs. Their first greatest hits album is incredible. The gap between it and their Volume 2 GH is…. Big, though.
The second one had I Want It All and Under Presser and about 16 other songs best forgotten
Disagree. "Hammer to Fall" is the greatest Queen song Brian May ever wrote. GH2 also had "I Want To Break Free" and "A Kind of Magic", which were as good as anything else they wrote.
Don't get me wrong, The Police are one of my all-time favourites - as far as commercial artists go, at least. There's always a few "fillers" in there to go with all of their "killers" though.
Iron Maiden are very Spinal-Tappy.
Early days, I only knew them by name and from the T-shirts and so expected them to be thrashy like the other t-shirt bands I knew of growing up - Metallica, Megadeth, etc.
First time I actually saw them was on Rage and I thought it was a joke at first, then realised it was Iron Maiden.
I've seen them live now, and I appreciate most of their stuff, but for me, their image does not match their music at all.
