Apparently Callum was blind to the possibility of his being delisted... Hmmm
That’s not what he said at all. I’m not a fan of Callum as a footballer, but it’s a low blow to try and make out that he’s dumb enough not to know that delisting was a possibility. Poor form from you.

I'm a lot happier going in to 2023 knowing De Goey is lacing up the boots for us. My only misgiving is the general relaxation of performance standards we've seen from some of our players following longer term deals. I think this coaching group are better motivators so heres hoping.

Moore signed recently, he def didn’t relax 😃

If you don't love the Pies you hate them mate. You know how it is and we wouldn't have it any other way.

If that's what the oppo fans think, they are in for a rough year then. Give Fly another offseason to hone what we've already learned, tweak his game plan and add some missing pieces and I think we'll be a nightmare for all the other teams next year.
Spot on mate

Considering how quickly it got signed it sure looks like someone caved and I'm betting it was us with our past record.
No one knows how quickly it got signed though. This could well have been decided last week, media throw shit around because that’s what sells and people get all twisted up about it. I doubt there was an early morning board meeting and JDG called into the club at lunchtime and pen to paper this afternoon.
Suits a cause to have this stuff drag out in the media for as long as possible.

Yuck. Only if he brings his get out of jail card that he’s had for ducking & suspensions for the last 15 years.

Everyone who has played with him or worked with him say he’s the greatest leader and most selfless player they’ve seen, regularly took unders to help Geelong succeed. If you can’t see the value in Selwood because u don’t like his ducking then you are simply blind.

Maybe he could talk to a few of our senior players about putting team success over extracting maximum value from the club…?

Rendell’s Collingwood list analysis coming up soon on trade radio.

Excited Oh Boy GIF

Have we had a single 5 plus year deal work out well for us? Travis Cloke also massively fell off during his 5 year contract too.
