Sad thing is the $25 Father Christmas will still get award wages just like he did in previous years. Not sure where the $25 goes - but it ain't to the fat guy (or at least not the fat guy in the red suit).

And tbh - having your kid sitting on a stranger's lap dressed in a disguise is kinda weird these days isn't it?

The Santa Claus thing was really a fantasy of the parents not the kids. No one believed that BS did they?

I look at pics of me and my sister sitting on Santa's lap at the Magic cave when I was a kid and I don't see much joy there- we did it because our parents wanted the photo and we got some cheap arse Christmas stocking as a reward- filled with tooth destroying sugar filled lollies that tasted like crap that I'm now paying big $$$ to my dentist to remove. No tooth fairy to help me out with that bill btw!
